Free Services
 
We are happy to provide completely free of charge the following services:  

The first 3 months on all services, subject to a maximum turnover of £200,000 per annum
HealthCheck on your book-keeping system - a factual assessment
Helpline for any questions on book-keeping, management accounts or payroll

What are your charges? 

The first 3 months are free of charge (for turnover up to £200,000 per annum)
Book-keeping with Management Accounts - £75 per month per £100,000 annual net of VAT sales, minimum £50.
BookCheck Online (optional and only if required, see below) - £20 per month per client user
Payroll - for monthly paid, £20 per month up to 3 staff, thereafter £2 per person
Forecasting/Budgeting - quoted according to complexity
Credit Management and Debt Chasing - £6 per month per debtor
These fees are for startups in the first two years of trading, beyond this we quote individually. We would quote more detailed fee information in each Proposal. All the services can be chosen singly or in any combination.
