At BJB Travel we do things differently. Established since 1996, we employ a small highly skilled team with years of experience, who will take time to understand your travel requirements inside out.

You will not have a negative 'call centre' experience if you deal with us. The technology that we use is second to none and we use it to free up our time and energies to focus on what is important - you!

We run our own network and are able to provide all of our team with access to our systems from home, enabling us to manage our own 24 hour service.

We have created our own front end system to ensure that the way we look after clients is consistent, accurate and efficient. We are regularly used by our suppliers as a reference site and a test bed for new products.

We will always offer fare savings in line with your travel policy and will match or beat a fare on any comparable itinerary quoted by another agent, airline direct or the internet. We will guarantee at least 15% savings on travel spend year on year.

Online Booking tool - Usage of online Booking tool through the UKSPA advantage portal.

Preferred Transaction Fee - For bookings made online, we offer a 25% reduction in the transaction fee for all UKSPA tenants.

Management reporting on a quarterly basis to tenants and UKSPA. This is available online.

Reconcile your accounts. Often time consuming and labour intensive, we will work with your accounts department in a way that suits your accounting system, not ours.
